Do you work exclusively in Marrakech?
We are based in Marrakech, but we study each project on a case-by-case basis. Don't hesitate to contact us to check the feasibility of a project outside Marrakech.
What is your average lead time for a renovation or construction project?
Timescales vary according to the nature and size of the project. On average, a complete renovation takes between 2 and 6 months, while a new build can take from 6 to 12 months. A provisional schedule is always drawn up at the start of the project.
