These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTCS") govern the contractual relationship between :

(hereinafter "the Service Provider" or "Life Smart Home")
and
Any individual or legal entity requesting services from Life Smart Home (hereinafter "the Customer").
1. Purpose
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to define the terms and conditions of sale of the services offered by Life Smart Home, in particular :
- New home construction
- Renovation work
- Installation of home automation solutions
- Site supervision and personalized support
All orders imply unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Quotation and order
2.1 Request for quotation
All requests for services are subject to a free personalized quotation. This quotation specifies :
- The nature of the work
- Provisional schedule
- Amount before and after tax
- Terms of payment
- Quotation validity period (usually 30 days)
2.2 Acceptance
The order is considered firm once the quotation has been signed by the customer with the words "Bon pour accord" ("Good for agreement") and a deposit has been paid (unless otherwise specified). The signature constitutes validation of the GCS.
3. Rates and payment terms
3.1 Pricing
Prices are expressed in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) or in euros (EUR) depending on the target market.
They are indicated before tax (HT) and all taxes included in accordance with current legislation.
3.2 Payment
Unless otherwise indicated on the quotation :
- 30 % on order (deposit)
- 40 % in progress
- 30 % on completion of work (or delivery)
Payments may be made by bank transfer, cash or other means agreed between the parties.
4. Turnaround times
The lead times indicated on the quotation are for guidance only.
Any modification to the project, delay in validation, bad weather or force majeure may have an impact on these deadlines, without the Service Provider being held liable.
5. Customer's obligations
The Customer undertakes to :
- Provide accurate and complete information about your project
- Give access to the site for interventions
- Respect agreed payment terms
- Report any changes or problems as soon as possible
6. Reservation of ownership
The Service Provider retains ownership of the goods delivered (home automation equipment, materials, etc.) until full payment has been received.
7. Warranty and liability
7.1 Warranty
Our services are covered by legal warranties in force, including :
- Completion guarantee
- Biennial warranty
- Ten-year warranty (for structural work)
7.2 Limitation of liability
Life Smart Home cannot be held responsible for indirect damage, delays caused by third parties, or failure to meet deadlines due to external circumstances (acts of God, force majeure, administrative decisions, etc.).
8. Claims and disputes
All complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days after acceptance of work.
In the event of a dispute, we will endeavor to resolve it amicably.
Failing this, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts of Marrakech depending on the location of the contract.
9. Applicable law
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Moroccan law or the French law according to the place of performance of the contract. In case of doubt, the French version shall prevail.
10. Personal data
Data collected in the context of a project is processed in accordance with our Privacy policy.
The customer has a right of access, rectification and opposition.
11. Acceptance of T&Cs
The customer declares that he/she has read these terms and conditions of sale and accepts them unreservedly.
