1. Land search & notarial support
Our support begins with the search for the ideal plot of land on which to build your project. Once a plot has been selected, we accompany you through the entire purchasing process, from negotiation to signature at the notary's office. We also check all the necessary legal documents (title deeds, land registry, easements, etc.) to secure the transaction and guarantee you a worry-free purchase.
2. Customized study
As soon as the land is secured, we begin an in-depth study of your project to propose a tailor-made solution. This phase involves analyzing your needs, desires and lifestyle, as well as your budgetary and technical constraints. We also study the characteristics of the land to ensure a perfect match between your project and the reality of the site. At the end of this phase, you'll receive a clear and realistic budget estimate, enabling you to validate the overall feasibility of the project before moving on to the design phase.
3. Project design
The design phase is an essential stage when your project begins to take shape. Our architects and designers draw up detailed plans of your future property, with the option of integrating 3D models for a more concrete projection. You play an active role at this stage, choosing the materials, finishes, room layouts and other elements that will make your home unique. Every detail is validated with you to ensure that the final result perfectly matches your expectations, while complying with regulatory and technical constraints.
4. Managing administrative procedures
Once the design has been finalized, we take care of all the administrative formalities required for construction. This includes preparing and submitting the building permit, liaising with the town planning authorities, coordinating with the engineering and design departments, and monitoring the permits. We ensure compliance with all current regulations (town planning, safety, environment) to guarantee your project's conformity. You don't have to do a thing: we centralize all the formalities, giving you total peace of mind.
5. Site completion
Once all the necessary permits have been obtained, we launch the construction phase. We mobilize our teams and partner craftsmen to ensure rigorous execution in line with approved plans. A dedicated site supervisor oversees the site, coordinating the various operations and monitoring each stage of the project. 6. Final delivery & post-project support
When the work is complete, we organize a final visit to check that everything is in line with your expectations. We then hand over the keys to your property, along with all official documents (plans, warranties, technical certificates, etc.). Our service doesn't stop there: we remain at your disposal for any questions or support you may require after delivery.
